跟 Santi, Axel 稍微討論 feat(providers): add uv_provider #1351， 終於把它 merge 了！
並且讓發佈 commitizen 4.3.0
但我忘記加文件了...
所以又開了 docs(config): add uv provider description #1362 的 PR 補上
commitzien 的文件沒有做 versioning ，所以應該是不會有太大的影響
雖然我覺得我們總有一天要做這件事
另外看了 Axel 的大 PR feat(tags): adds legacy_tag_formats and ignored_tag_formats settings #1297，並且 approve
